Refund and Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind

All sales are final. Cvana Limited does not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for products purchased simply because you change your mind, decide you no longer want the item, order the wrong product, or choose a different option after purchase.

2. Consumer Guarantees Act (Your Legal Rights)

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws. If the goods you purchase from us:

• • Fail to meet the guarantees set out in consumer law,

then you are entitled to a remedy from us. This remedy may include a repair, replacement, or refund for the product, depending on the nature of the issue and whether it is a major or minor failure as defined under the CGA. Customer rights under New Zealand law cannot be waived by any store policy.

This policy does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification by anyone other than Cvana.
